Delivery and pickup at the respective airport freight terminal
Delivery must be completed not later than 75 minutes before booked departure time.

Cancellation must take place no later than 120 minutes before booked departure. 50% refund is given, less a cancellation fee of 150 NOK
Cancellation later than 120 minutes before booked departure, no refund is given.
VAT is always fully refundable.

If you wish to cancel your airfreight order, please observe the following policy:
Cancellation must be made no less than 120 minutes before booked flight departure time
Type: Priority give 100% refund
Type: Standard give 50% refund
Note: Fee for addon (pickup/delivery) is non-refundable
Note: VAT will always be eligible for refund
Cancellation requests must be made available to us during our business hours
Payment- and service fees, if charged, will not be eligible for refund.

Airport-to-Airport is where you deliver your consignment to the cargo terminal at the departure airport, and arrange for pickup at the arrival airport.
Door-to-Door is where we arrange for pick-up at your location and delivery at the requested address upon arrival at the destination airport.
Product: CBL Airfreight Priority is our premium product where your consignment will be shipped on the first available flight and routing.
Product: CBL Airfreight NextDay is a less costly alternative where we aim at having the consignment sent in such a way that it will be made available during the following day. More details on routing and times will be provided before you confirm.

Airlines used is Norwegian and Widerøe.
Airports offered are all mainland Norway airports served by the airlines mentioned above and their combined route network.
Local forwarders at the respective airports will undertake the collection or delivery of your shipment. These vary from airport to airport
Main service provider is Smartkargo AS, and it is Smartkargo AS who is responsible for the execution of the services rendered.
Our role is that CBL Norway act as an intermediary and an agent for the main service provider.
Payment terms
Untill we have established an online payment solution, the cost of services are invoiced with 1 day payment terms, to be understood as immediate payment.
