CBL Norway
Consulting by Larsen (CBL) was established in 2022. It was then a sole proprietorship.
Services offered were consulting services within travel administration, and courier services as an independent service area.
In 2026, air freight with scheduled flights in Norway was included as an independent product. This is not new to us, because we have offered this as additional services to courier services.

Through the brand OBC Handcarry, we provide professional domestic and international onboard courier (OBC) services. ​

Operating out of Stavanger (SVG), we offer our serevices to a diverse market consisting of both companies and freight-forwarders, located in region or on a more national presence.

Norway proposition
We get that shipping parcels within Norway is needed. Some is sent on routine basis, others are more urgent. The widely used "door-to-door"-services are in all fairness quite convenient. How about the price level - is this fairly priced? Rather costly?

Our vision is to become the "go-to" provider in our region to support ad-hoc needs when they occur. Yet, we are not aiming at becoming super-big in this segment. We shall remain independent, the propper size to fulfill your needs and expectations, make away of bureaucracy, and connect with a select, and relevant partners to secure our day-to-day.

CBL seriously wish to challenge and expand the concept. Where one usually treat this segment as an ad-hoc, urgent or critical need for shipping, (which we also understand is the case at most of the times), we wish to build into other aspects.
