Consulting by Larsen (CBL) was established in 2022 as a sole proprietary consultantcy provider offering management services within the travel domain, including travel sourcing, negotiation and contract management.

Through the brand OBC Handcarry, we provide professional domestic and international onboard courier (OBC) services. ​

Operating out of Stavanger (SVG), we offer our serevices to a diverse market consisting of both companies and freight-forwarders, located in region or on a more national presence.
"Same, same, but..."
Our vision is to become the "go-to" provider in our region to support ad-hoc needs when they occur. Yet, we are not aiming at becoming super-big in this segment.

Therefore CBL wish to challenge and expand the concept. Where one usually treat this segment as an ad-hoc, urgent or critical need for shipping, (which we also understand is the case), we wish to build into other aspects.
